We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your Lamerz IPL Hair Removal Devics.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this period, you may return the item for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Your return request must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or a valid proof of purchase from lamerz.com.
Condition: The device must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Reasonable usage is accepted, but items showing excessive wear or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Hygiene: Due to the personal nature of the product, it must be returned in a clean and sanitary condition. Items returned in an unsanitary condition may be rejected.

4. Shipping Your Return
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Packaging: Ensure all items are securely packaged in the original box to prevent damage during return transit.
5. Refunds
