Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Lamerz offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for the Lamerz IPL Hair Removal Devices.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


2. What Is Covered

  • Device not powering on or malfunctioning due to internal hardware failure.

  • LED screen not functioning properly.

  • Issues with pulse flash activation not caused by misuse.

  • Cooling function not working as intended (for devices with Ice Cooling).

If your product proves to be defective during the warranty period, we will either:

  • Repair the item at no cost,

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit,

  • Or offer a partial refund if neither option is available.


3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, dropping, or impact.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, normal wear).

  • Damage from improper cleaning or exposure to water/moisture.

  • Use of the product not in accordance with the user manual.

  • Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers.


4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@lamerz.com with the subject line:
    "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

  3. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or repair.

  • In some cases, the customer may be required to return the original device before a replacement is issued.

  • Return instructions will be provided upon approval of the claim.


6. Warranty for Replacement Devices

Any replacement device sent under warranty is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.


7. Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase from lamerz.com.
We do not offer warranty service for devices purchased through third-party marketplaces or unauthorized sellers.
